Dr. Ramazan Arslan

Dr. Ramazan Arslan is a Turkish board-certified plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeon focused on facial aesthetics, breast and body contouring, and microsurgery. He completed medical school at Kocaeli University (2009–2015) and his plastic surgery residency at Ankara Training and Research Hospital (2017–2022), one of Turkey's highest-volume reference centers for reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.

After residency, he served as operating surgeon at Aksaray University Training and Research Hospital (2022–2024), then continued in private practice at Quartz Clinic (2024–2025) before joining the surgical team that handles MedProper aesthetic cases. He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association (Türk Tabipler Birliği) and has published peer-reviewed work on hand surgery and microsurgical technique.

His advanced training includes closed atraumatic rhinoplasty (multiple cohorts), the Structure & Preservation Rhinoplasty Conference (Istanbul), the ISAPS Live Surgery Rhinoplasty Course, Advanced Breast Shaping Techniques with Dr. Michael Miroshnik and Dr. Ondrej Mestak, Bella Eyes brow lift live surgery, and the Koç University cadaveric facial anatomy workshop. He continues to attend EPCD national congresses and Turkish Fabcast meetings on breast and periorbital surgery.
