Fat is harvested via liposuction from areas such as the abdomen, flanks, and thighs, then purified and strategically injected into the buttocks for a natural, sculpted silhouette without implants.

You wear a compression garment and use a special BBL pillow to avoid sitting directly on the buttocks. Moderate soreness and swelling are expected.
Day 3-7
Limited Sitting
Avoid sitting directly on your buttocks — use a BBL pillow when necessary. Light walking is encouraged to promote circulation.
Week 2-3
Gradual Return to Activities
Swelling in the donor and buttock areas decreases. You may sit with the pillow and resume light daily tasks.
Week 4-6
Normal Sitting Resumes
Most patients can sit normally and return to desk work. Compression garment is worn for 6-8 weeks total.
Month 3-6
Final Shape
