Cos'è Lifting Cosce?
Thigh lift surgery (thighplasty) removes excess skin and fat from the inner or outer thighs to create a smoother, more proportionate lower body contour. It is especially effective after major weight loss, when stubborn thigh skin resists diet and exercise.
