All-on-4 is a revolutionary full-arch dental restoration that replaces an entire jaw of missing or failing teeth with a fixed, non-removable prosthesis supported by just four strategically angled implants. The two rear implants are tilted to maximise bone contact, often eliminating the need for bone grafts. - 1A detailed CBCT scan maps your jaw bone density and anatomy. A digital treatment plan determines optimal implant positions.
- 2Under local anaesthesia (or sedation if preferred), four titanium implants are placed into the jawbone at precisely planned angles.
- 3A fixed provisional (temporary) prosthesis is attached to the implants on the same day, restoring your smile and chewing function immediately.
