These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MedProper website (medproper.com) and the medical tourism coordination services provided by MedProper ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

MedProper is a medical tourism agency based in Istanbul, Turkey. We coordinate and facilitate medical aesthetic procedures for international patients. Our services include: - Arranging consultations with board-certified surgeons - Coordinating hospital bookings at JCI and TEMOS-accredited facilities - Organizing accommodation, airport transfers, and logistics - Providing pre-operative and post-operative coordination and aftercare support Important: MedProper is not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider. We act as an intermediary coordinating services between you and independent medical professionals and facilities. All medical procedures are performed by independent, board-certified surgeons at accredited hospitals.

When you submit a consultation request through our website, our team will review your information and provide a personalized treatment plan with all-inclusive pricing. A booking is confirmed only after: - You have received and reviewed your treatment plan - You have had a consultation with the assigned surgeon (virtual or in-person) - You have agreed to the treatment plan and pricing in writing - You have completed the required deposit payment We reserve the right to decline a booking if our medical team determines that a procedure is not safe or appropriate for you.

All prices quoted by MedProper are all-inclusive and cover the procedure, hospital fees, surgeon fees, accommodation, airport transfers, and aftercare as specified in your treatment plan. The quoted price is locked once confirmed in writing and will not change. Payment terms: - A deposit is required to confirm your booking - The remaining balance is due before the procedure - Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise specified.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment: - Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled procedure: Full deposit refund - Cancellations made 15-30 days before: 50% deposit refund - Cancellations made less than 15 days before: Deposit is non-refundable - Rescheduling: Subject to availability; we will do our best to accommodate your new dates at no additional cost If MedProper cancels or reschedules your procedure for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. If a procedure cannot be performed due to medical reasons discovered during pre-operative testing, you will receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., completed tests, accommodation already used).

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that: - All surgical and medical procedures carry inherent risks. Results vary from patient to patient and are not guaranteed. - The information on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. - Before/after photos in our gallery represent individual results and may not be typical. - You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information. Withholding relevant medical history may affect your safety and treatment outcomes. - Final suitability for any procedure is determined by the treating surgeon after a thorough medical evaluation. - You must follow all pre-operative and post-operative instructions provided by your medical team.

MedProper acts as a coordinator and facilitator of medical tourism services. To the maximum extent permitted by law: - MedProper is not liable for the medical outcomes of any procedure, as all procedures are performed by independent medical professionals. - MedProper is not liable for any complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow medical instructions. - Our total liability for any claim related to our coordination services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to MedProper. - We are not responsible for travel disruptions, visa issues, or other matters outside our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the MedProper website — including text, images, logos, design, and software — is the property of MedProper or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent. Patient photos in our gallery are used with documented GDPR consent and remain the property of MedProper.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. For EU residents: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
