Grafts are harvested one by one from the donor area at the back of the scalp and implanted into thinning or bald zones, creating a fuller, undetectable hairline.

Day 1
Procedure Day
The transplant takes 6-8 hours. You rest at the hotel in the evening with your aftercare kit and instructions.
Day 2-3
First Wash & Check-Up
Your coordinator guides the first gentle hair wash. Light redness and tiny crusts in the recipient area are normal.
Day 7-10
Crusts Shed
Micro-crusts around the grafts fall off naturally during daily washes. You can return to desk work and light social activity.
Week 3-8
Shock Loss Phase
Transplanted hairs shed temporarily — this is expected. The follicles remain alive beneath the skin and enter a growth cycle.
Month 4-12
New Growth & Thickening
New hairs begin growing from month 4 and continue to thicken. Full density is typically visible by month 10-12.

Graft count depends on the size of the area to cover and the desired density. During your free online consultation, the surgeon analyses your photos and provides an estimated graft count.
Local anaesthesia is administered at the start, so most patients feel only mild pressure during the session. A needle-free anaesthesia option is also available for added comfort.
Light cardio can resume after two weeks. Contact sports and heavy weight training should be avoided for at least four weeks to protect the grafts.
