Day 1
Surgery & Hospital
The procedure takes 2-3 hours. You spend one night in the hospital wearing a supportive surgical bra.
Day 2-5
Hotel Recovery
Moderate swelling and bruising are normal. Sleep on your back with the surgical bra. Gentle walking is encouraged.
Day 7-10
Follow-Up & Sutures
External sutures are removed at the clinic. Most patients feel comfortable flying home after this appointment.
Week 2-4
Return to Daily Activities
Desk work can resume after about 2 weeks. Avoid heavy lifting and upper-body exercise for 4-6 weeks.
Month 3-12
Scar Maturation
Scars fade from pink to white over several months. The breast shape settles into its final, lifted contour.

A lift alone does not significantly change volume — it reshapes and raises the breast. If you want more fullness, a lift can be combined with implants. If you want to reduce size, it can be combined with reduction.
The most common pattern is a lollipop incision (around the areola and a vertical line down). In cases of severe sagging, an anchor incision adds a short horizontal line in the inframammary fold. Scars fade significantly over 6-12 months.
In most cases, yes. The techniques used preserve the milk ducts and nipple blood supply. However, if you plan to breastfeed, discuss this during your consultation.
Results are long-lasting, but gravity and ageing will continue to affect the breasts over time. Maintaining a stable weight and wearing supportive bras help preserve the lift.
