Breast reduction (reduction mammoplasty) removes excess breast tissue, fat, and skin to achieve a smaller, lighter, and more proportionate breast size. Beyond cosmetic improvement, it relieves chronic neck, back, and shoulder pain caused by overly large breasts, dramatically improving quality of life.
Most patients experience immediate relief from chronic neck, back, and shoulder pain that they have carried for years.
Smaller, lifted breasts create a more balanced silhouette and make it easier to find well-fitting clothes and bras.
Without the physical burden of oversized breasts, patients can exercise, run, and participate in sports comfortably.
The €2,660 package covers surgery, hospital stay, surgical bra, hotel, transfers, medications, and 12-month aftercare.
Day 1
Surgery & Hospital
The procedure takes 2-3 hours. You stay one night in the hospital with drains (if used) and a surgical support bra.
Day 2-5
Hotel Recovery
Drains are removed within 1-2 days. Swelling and bruising are moderate. Rest with the bra on and avoid arm elevation.
Day 7-10
Suture Removal
External stitches are removed at the clinic. Many patients notice immediate improvement in posture and back pain.
Week 2-4
Return to Activities
Desk work can resume after about 2 weeks. Continue wearing the support bra. Avoid heavy lifting for 4-6 weeks.
Month 3-12
Final Shape & Scars
The breasts settle into their final shape and position. Scars mature from pink to white and become increasingly discreet.

Most patients go down 1-3 cup sizes depending on their starting size, anatomy, and goals. During your consultation, you and the surgeon will agree on a target size that relieves symptoms and suits your proportions.
Breastfeeding may still be possible, but it cannot be guaranteed, as some milk ducts are divided during the procedure. If future breastfeeding is important to you, discuss this with your surgeon.
MedProper's all-inclusive pricing is straightforward and does not depend on insurance. However, many patients find that the cost of surgery in Istanbul is less than their insurance deductible at home.
The anchor incision leaves scars around the areola, a vertical line, and a line in the inframammary fold. These fade significantly over 6-12 months and are hidden beneath bras and bikini tops.
The €2,660 package includes the surgeon's fee, anaesthesia, hospital stay, drains, surgical bra, medications, 5-star hotel, VIP airport transfers, and 12 months of aftercare with your surgical team.
