Both are premium toric IOLs with comparable manufacturing complexity. The EMV Toric uses EDOF technology while the Alsanza Toric uses trifocal optics — they serve different visual priorities at a similar price point.
The Rayner haptic design provides excellent long-term rotational stability. Significant rotation is extremely rare (under 1%) and can be corrected with a brief repositioning procedure if it occurs.
