Menstruation does not prevent surgery from going ahead, though many patients prefer to schedule their procedure for a time when they are not on their period for comfort reasons. Your surgeon may request clinical photographs to assess your anatomy before the video consultation. These are sent via a secure, encrypted channel and treated with the same confidentiality as your medical records. Photographs are used solely for surgical planning and are never shared or published without your explicit written consent. If you prefer not to send photographs in advance, the examination can be completed in person on arrival.

That is entirely your decision. Our team supports patients who wish to maintain complete discretion. All documentation uses the general clinic name without reference to specific procedures. If you need a medical letter for your employer, we can provide one that does not disclose the nature of your treatment.
