Most Turkish clinics advertise a saving of seventy per cent. This page publishes the arithmetic instead, and on four of the procedures below the honest answer is that Turkey is not clearly the cheaper option.
Every Turkey figure here is the all-inclusive total a MedProper patient actually pays, pulled live from the same price table the booking system uses. Every UK figure is a range the NHS itself publishes. Neither side is an estimate written for this page.
The Turkey column is read from our system, not typed into this page. The numbers below are generated at page load from the treatment table, so they cannot drift away from what a patient is quoted. The total covers the operation, the hospital stay, hotel nights for the recovery period, airport and clinic transfers, complications insurance, and twelve months of follow-up. There is no separate "package upgrade" — the figure shown is the figure paid.
The UK column comes from the NHS. This is a deliberate choice. A private clinic's own price list is an interested party, and a comparison built on one is easy to dismiss. The NHS publishes cost ranges for cosmetic procedures on .nhs.uk, it has no commercial reason to flatter either side, and every row below links to the page it came from.
Currency conversion is applied at a single fixed rate held in the site's code, not written into this text, so the sterling column re-rates everywhere at once when that rate is updated.

For most of the procedures in the table above, yes — rhinoplasty, mini abdominoplasty and single-zone liposuction all sit below the NHS's published UK ranges, with the hospital stay, hotel and transfers already inside the figure. For hair transplants, breast enlargement, full abdominoplasty and liposuction 360 the honest answer is no, or not clearly: those sit inside the UK range rather than under it.
Because a comparison built on a competitor's price list can be dismissed as cherry-picking, and usually deserves to be. The NHS publishes cost ranges for cosmetic procedures, has no stake in the answer, and every row here links back to the page it came from.

The price column re-rates itself. The readings in the next section were checked by hand on 22 September 2026 and are re-checked each quarter, because the NHS revises its ranges.
This is the part the seventy-per-cent advertising leaves out.
Hair transplants cannot honestly carry a saving claim. The NHS range opens at £1,000, below our own price. That is not because UK hair transplants are cheap; it is because the range covers everything from a small graft count to a full restoration, and the bottom of it is a different operation from the top. A total-versus-total comparison is meaningless here. The only comparable number is price per graft, and anyone quoting you a saving percentage on a total has skipped that step.
Breast enlargement sits inside the UK range, not below it. Our all-inclusive figure lands within £3,500–£8,000 rather than under it. The case for travelling is the certainty of what the total covers, not a discount.
Full abdominoplasty now sits inside the UK range too. It was below the range when this study was first compiled in August 2026; the underlying surgical price has since risen. We have left the row in rather than quietly removing it.
Liposuction 360 sits inside the range as well, near its lower end rather than below it. Single-zone liposuction is the row that is genuinely cheaper; the full circumferential procedure is not, and the two are often quoted as if they were the same operation.
Two rows have no UK number at all. The NHS does not publish a range for breast uplift or BBL, so those cells stay empty. We would rather show a gap than fill it with a private clinic's marketing figure.
Included: the surgeon's fee, the operation, the hospital stay, hotel nights for the recovery period, airport and inter-clinic transfers, complications insurance, and twelve months of follow-up.
Not included: flights, anything unrelated to the procedure, and any revision that becomes necessary years later. Flights are excluded deliberately — they vary by season and departure city by more than any figure we could print, and a total that pretends to know them is a total you cannot hold us to.
Dental implants. This is the third-largest thing British patients ask us about, and the row is missing because the NHS does not publish a private implant price. We are not willing to open the row against a source we would reject from the other side. It also needs a defined basket — a given number of implants, plus crowns, plus the stay — before an apples-to-apples line is possible at all.
Ireland. Irish patients search these costs in real volume and this table has no Irish column. Whether the HSE publishes ranges the way the NHS does has not yet been checked.

Because the published UK range runs from £1,000 to £30,000, and its bottom end is below our price. That range covers wildly different graft counts. Any percentage calculated against it would be arithmetic performed on two numbers that do not describe the same operation. Ask for a price per graft instead — from us and from anyone else you are considering.
