What is Breast Lift?
Breast lift (mastopexy) raises and reshapes sagging breasts by removing excess skin, tightening the surrounding tissue, and repositioning the nipple-areola complex to a more youthful height. The result is firmer, perkier breasts with improved projection — without changing their natural size.
How Does Breast Lift Work?

A lift alone does not significantly change volume — it reshapes and raises the breast. If you want more fullness, a lift can be combined with implants. If you want to reduce size, it can be combined with reduction.
The most common pattern is a lollipop incision (around the areola and a vertical line down). In cases of severe sagging, an anchor incision adds a short horizontal line in the inframammary fold. Scars fade significantly over 6-12 months.
In most cases, yes. The techniques used preserve the milk ducts and nipple blood supply. However, if you plan to breastfeed, discuss this during your consultation.
