Breast augmentation in Istanbul from €4,210 all-inclusive: implants, JCI-accredited hospital, hotel, transfers and 12-month follow-up in one total.
Is it safe?
Your hospital holds the same JCI accreditation as Cleveland Clinic and Johns Hopkins. Verified by TEMOS for international patient safety.
Will the price change?
Your price is locked before you book. Surgery, hospital, hotel, transfers, aftercare — one number, no extras.
What if something goes wrong?
Mandatory insurance required by Turkish law. If a revision is needed — flights, hospital, surgeon — covered. You never pay twice.
Who's my surgeon?
Confirmed before you pay. Full credentials, specialisation, and patient results shared upfront. No last-minute switch.
What happens after I fly home?
24/7 WhatsApp with your coordinator. Scheduled video check-ups with your surgeon. 12 months, not 12 days.
Breast augmentation in Istanbul at MedProper starts at €4,210, and that figure is the total: implants, surgery, anaesthesia, a JCI-accredited hospital, your hotel nights, every transfer and 12 months of follow-up are already inside it. The price is fixed before you fly and does not change once you arrive.
Breast augmentation places an implant to increase volume and improve upper-pole fullness. Three decisions shape the result, and all three are made with your surgeon on the video consultation — not from a price list:
Implant placement. Subglandular (over the muscle), submuscular (under it), or dual plane — a hybrid that covers the upper pole with muscle while letting the lower pole follow the implant. Placement is chosen from your existing breast tissue thickness, not from preference alone.
Incision. Inframammary (in the fold under the breast) is the most common; periareolar (around the lower edge of the areola) is used in selected cases.
Implant profile and volume. Round or anatomical, and a projection profile matched to your chest width. Larger is not automatically better: an implant wider than your chest base creates long-term pressure on tissue.
Surgery takes 1–2 hours under general anaesthesia, with one night in hospital.
If the nipple sits below the inframammary fold — common after pregnancy, breastfeeding or significant weight loss — an implant alone adds volume but does not raise the breast. In that case the operation is a breast lift with implant, which carries additional scars and a different price (€4,760 all-inclusive).
Your surgeon assesses this on the consultation from photographs. Booking the wrong operation is the single most common reason a patient is disappointed with an otherwise well-performed result, so this is settled before you travel, not on arrival.
Packages start at €4,210 all-inclusive. That total covers surgery, implants, anaesthesia, pre-operative tests, one night in a JCI-accredited hospital, 6 hotel nights, all transfers, your surgical bra and medication, and 12 months of follow-up. Flights and personal spending are the only costs outside it.
7 nights in total — one in hospital and six in the hotel, all included in the package. Surgery is on the second day after your tests, and you have a final check-up before flying home.

Sleeping on your back for the first few weeks and avoiding overhead lifting are the two instructions that matter most in the early recovery.
Surgery is performed in a hospital accredited by JCI and certified by TEMOS — both are international patient-safety standards, audited on site rather than self-declared.
Three guarantees apply to every package:
The trip runs to a fixed shape: arrival and transfer, pre-operative tests and the in-person consultation, surgery day with one hospital night, hotel recovery with a check-up before departure, then remote follow-up from home. Total stay is 7 nights.
MedProper has no offices outside Turkey, so every consultation before you travel is held online — you meet your surgeon by video, not a sales representative in a local office.
Motiva Round, Motiva Ergonomix, Mentor and Allergan Natrelle. All are branded, traceable devices with a manufacturer warranty, and you receive the implant cards with your discharge paperwork. Your surgeon recommends the profile and volume from your chest measurements.
Desk work at around two weeks. Chest and upper-body exercise is released at six weeks after review. Avoid overhead lifting and sleep on your back for the first few weeks — those two instructions matter most in early recovery.
Surgery takes place in a hospital accredited by JCI and certified by TEMOS, both audited on site. Every package carries the Named Surgeon Guarantee, Complication Insurance covering the medical management of surgery-related complications, and 12 months of follow-up once you are home.
