Abdominoplasty 270 is a tummy tuck whose incision is extended beyond the hips towards the flanks, about 270 degrees of the midsection. Excess skin is removed from the front and from both sides, the abdominal muscles that pregnancy or weight loss separated are repaired, and the navel is repositioned. It goes further than a full tummy tuck, which removes skin from the front, and stops short of a circumferential procedure that continues across the back.
