Abdominoplasty 270 is a full tummy tuck with the waist and flanks liposuctioned in the same operation — the front of the abdomen and both sides, 270 degrees of the midsection. Excess skin is removed, the abdominal muscles that pregnancy or weight loss separated are repaired, and the navel is repositioned. It sits between the plain tummy tuck, which treats the front alone, and the 360, which continues around the lower back.
Liposuction of the sides shapes the waistline that skin removal on its own leaves untouched
Diastasis recti is closed in the same operation — the part no amount of exercise reaches
Tummy tuck and liposuction under one anaesthetic rather than two trips

It describes how far around the midsection the operation goes. A plain tummy tuck treats the front. The 270 adds the waist and both flanks. A 360 continues all the way round, including the lower back.
In practice it is that operation, priced as one line rather than two. The skin removal and muscle repair are the same; what the 270 adds is liposuction of the waist and flanks in the same session.
It depends on where your excess skin and fat sit. If they wrap around to your lower back, the 360 is the operation that reaches them. If your back is not the problem, the 270 treats what is, with a shorter operation. Your surgeon decides this from your photographs.
Low across the abdomen along the bikini line, from hip to hip, positioned so that underwear and swimwear cover it, plus a small scar around the navel. Liposuction leaves only a few millimetre-sized entry points at the sides.
The removed skin does not come back and the muscle repair is permanent. Fat cells removed by liposuction do not return either, though remaining fat can still grow — which is why surgeons ask for a stable weight beforehand and suggest waiting if you plan another pregnancy.
