What is FDL Abdominoplasty?
FDL abdominoplasty is the most extensive tummy tuck: the horizontal incision continues all the way round the body and a vertical incision runs down the middle of the abdomen. Skin is removed in both directions — downwards and side to side — the abdominal muscles are repaired and the navel is repositioned.
