Rhinoplasty
Nasal reshaping that respects the anatomy of thicker skin, softer cartilage and a wider alar base — refinement without erasing the features you were born with.
Is it safe?
Your hospital holds the same JCI accreditation as Cleveland Clinic and Johns Hopkins. Verified by TEMOS for international patient safety.
Will the price change?
Your price is locked before you book. Surgery, hospital, hotel, transfers, aftercare — one number, no extras.
What if something goes wrong?
Mandatory insurance required by Turkish law. If a revision is needed — flights, hospital, surgeon — covered. You never pay twice.
Who's my surgeon?
Confirmed before you pay. Full credentials, specialisation, and patient results shared upfront. No last-minute switch.
What happens after I fly home?
24/7 WhatsApp with your coordinator. Scheduled video check-ups with your surgeon. 12 months, not 12 days.
Nasal refinement planned around thicker skin, softer cartilage and a wider nasal base — performed in Istanbul by surgeons who build structure rather than simply reduce it.

It is nasal surgery planned around anatomy that differs from the thin-skinned, narrow nose standard rhinoplasty techniques were designed for — typically a thicker skin envelope, softer tip cartilage, lower dorsal projection and a wider alar base. The operation is largely structural and additive, building support and definition, rather than reductive.
That is the objective. A well-planned ethnic rhinoplasty works from your own facial proportions rather than a single template — adding definition where the nose reads as unclear and support where it is under-projected, with restraint at the nostril base. Ask your surgeon to show you results in patients with similar skin thickness and cartilage before you decide.
Cartilage is taken from the septum first, then the ear. When neither provides enough material — common where the dorsum needs real augmentation or in revision cases — a small piece of rib is used. It is your own tissue, so it integrates permanently and is not rejected. The trade-off is a small chest-crease incision and one to two weeks of chest soreness, which most patients find more limiting than the nose itself.
Yes. If a deviated septum or enlarged turbinates are restricting your airway, they are corrected during the same operation at no additional charge. Combining the two is standard practice and does not extend your stay.
You will see a clear change as soon as the splint comes off at one week, and roughly 80 percent of the result by three months. Because thicker skin holds swelling longer, the tip continues to refine for 12 to 18 months — occasionally closer to 24 months. This is normal and expected, not a sign that something has gone wrong.
